START TIMES will be assigned based on order of entry for each distance listed below regardless of the category. Riders will depart at one-minute intervals.

ENTRY FEE: $12 for Juniors, $20 for all other participants. Unlicensed riders add $5 for One-Day License fee. Entry fees include all surcharges. Add $5 late fee on race day.
ELIGIBILITY: The event welcomes out-of-state riders to participate, however, only Virginia residents and U.S. Military stationed in Virginia are eligible for championship awards.
COURSE DESCRIPTION: Simple out & back on Rte. 301, with one wide turn-around, mainly flat.
REGISTRATION opens at 7:45am and closes at 9:30am for ALL PARTICIPANTS! All entrants must present a current USCF license or purchase a One-Day license at number pick-up. Riders under 18 years of age must have the signature of a parent or guardian. All USCF rules for Time Trials will apply. ANSI Z90.4 or approved equal helmets are mandatory. Absolutely no warming-up allowed on the TT course OR in the staging area. Stationary trainers and shade coverage recommended! Portable toilets and drinking water will be available on site.
DIRECTIONS: Exit I-95 onto Rte. 40 West (South of Petersburg). Turn left onto Rte. 301. Proceed to parking area. Registration located in the Stony Creek Volunteer Rescue building.
