Junior BAR points will only be awarded for juniors 15-16 and 17-18. Since juniors 10-12 are not included, there will be no BAR points for juniors 13-14.

Additional Entry Fee Information: $5 - Late fee, if Pre-Registration is not Postmarked By Monday, August 12, 2002. $5 - Unattached Fee. $5 - One-Day License Surcharge (N/A for Citizen / Police, Fire, Rescue Squad). $10 - For any additional race (we promote more racing for less $?s).
Registration: Opens at 8:00 am and closes 15 minutes before the start of each race. Events are held rain or shine. All start times are approximate. All entrants must have a current USCF license or MUST purchase a One-Day License at registration. Riders under 18 years of age are required to have a parent?s signature. ANSI Z90.4 helmets are mandatory in all events. No aero bars. All USCF rules apply. Field limit in all races is 75 riders maximum. This event is conducted under a permit issued by USA Cycling. Promoter reserves rights to change or combine categories, or adjust prizes.
Course Description: 0.6 Mile oval, with two 90-degree turns, 1 little 50-yard hill.
Directions: - From the North, take I95-South (there is no exit for Bryan Park, so you will drive 2 miles past it, U-turn and come back on I95-N), (1)-take Exit-78 (Boulevard), (2)-at end of the exit ramp make a U-turn and take the entrance ramp for I95-North, (3)-drive 2 miles and follow the directions below. - From the South, East, or West of Richmond, (1)-take I95-North, (2)-take Exit-80 (Lakeside Ave), (3)-bear right to stop light, (4)-right turn onto Lakeside Ave., (5)-go 0.1 mile and turn left into Joseph Bryan Park, (6)-cross a small bridge and take the 1st left (note: bathroom building is on your left), (7)-go 0.3 mile and take 1st right, (8)-parking is on is on the right. (9) Registration is 1/8 mile up the road.
