From the Va. Beach expressway from Norfolk, go to the end and then turn left at the first stop light [Parks Ave.]. Go 2 blocks and you dead-end on 19th Street. turn left towards the Oceanfront, and it is on the left about 50 feet from the corner you just turned on.
