Entry Fees:
Registration: opens at 9am and closes 15 minutes before the start of each race. Events are held rain or shine. All start times are approximate. All entrants must have a current USCF license or MUST purchase a one-day license at registration. Riders under 18 years of age are required to have a parent's signature. ANSI Z90.4 helmets are mandatory at all events. No aero bars. All USCF rules apply. Field limit in all races is 75 riders maximum. The event is conducted under a permit issued by USA Cycling.
Course description: A half-mile flat, fast oval with one 90 degree turn.
Directions: From the North, take I-95 south to I-64 east to Newport News exit #255A (Jefferson Ave East). Continue 3 lights to Oyster Point Rd. and turn right. Go 1 mile to a left turn at Warwick Blvd. Todd Stadium will be approx. 2 miles on the right-hand side.
From the south, take I-64 West or I-664 to Newport News Exit #258A (J. Clyde Morris Blvd South). Continue 2.5 miles to a right turn at Warwick Blvd. Todd Stadium will be approx 1 mile on the left-hand side.
