OK, the library does not open until 9:30 so that narrows down our options. So unofficially, (until I get the confirmation for the room), count on the annual meeting being at the following location:

This is the same location as last year and is located just off of Broad St/Rte250 near the I-64 interchange, so it is easy to get to.
