ENTRY FEES:     $8 - Licensed Juniors 
                $18 - Licensed pre-registration postmarked by March 13, 2000
                $20 - Licensed race day registration
                $20 - Unlicensed (includes $5 One-Day License surcharge) 

REGISTRATION opens at 9:00 a.m. and closes 15 minutes before the start of each race. Events are held rain or shine. All start times are approximate. All entrants must have a current USCF license or MUST purchase a One-Day License at registration. Riders under 18 years of age are required to have a parent's signature. ANSI Z90.4 helmets are mandatory in all events. No aero bars. All USCF rules apply. Field limit in all races is 75 riders maximum. This event is conducted under a permit issued by USA Cycling.

COURSE DESCRIPTION: A half-mile flat, fast oval with one 90 degree turn.

DIRECTIONS:
FROM THE NORTH
, take I-95 South to I-64 East to Newport News Exit #255A (Jefferson Ave. East). Continue 3 lights to Oyster Point Rd. and turn right. Go 1 mile to a left turn at Warwick Blvd. Todd Stadium will be approx. 2 miles on the right-hand side.
FROM THE SOUTH, take I-64 West or I-664 to Newport News Exit #258A (J. Clyde Morris Blvd. South). Continue 2.5 miles to a right turn at Warwick Blvd. Todd Stadium will be approx. 1 mile on the left-hand side.
