Both races are D20 BAR events. The Road Race awards double points as the final Mid East Road Race series.

MENOKIN ROAD RACE

Time: 10:00 AM - Rain or Shine. Registration opens at 8:00 AM, closes 9:30 AM.

Format: Rolling Enclosure - some portions with yellow line rule.

Course: A 27.5 mile loop of rolling terrain -- 39x21. Start/Finish in downtown Warsaw, VA.

Parking & Registration: Rappahannock Community College, at the intersection of Rt. 3 and Rt. 360.

Promoter reserves right to adjust schedule, categories and/or prize list depending upon number of entries per category. Race held under USCF race permit Pending.

Time: First Rider off at 9:01 AM. TTT's will begin first. One minute intervals. Registration opens 7:30 AM and close 8:30 AM

Format: Circular course - one loop. NO LATE STARTS. Yellow line rule strictly enforced. All USCF rules apply. Promoter reserves right to adjust schedule, categories and/or prize list depending upon number of entries per category. Race held under USC F race permit Pending.

Course: Beautiful, rolling, big chain ring road through the heart of Historyland. No shoulder - good pavement. One short hill - 39x16. Parking: Heritage Park Resort.

Omnium Rules:
=> Club/Teams must enter a minimum of 3 riders in RR & TTT.
=> In the TTT, the Team finish will be scored on the time of second team member to finish.
=> For each club there will be a max. of 9 riders per field in the RR and a max. of 3 in the TTT per field.
=> Individual TT will not count in Omnium
=> All teams must wear identical jerseys and have same team listed on USCF license.
=> All Omnium team registration and rosters must be completed prior to start of the Road Race.


Notices: * TT and TTT participants are entitled to a $2.00 discount if entering Road Race and Time Trial events.
* Entries must be postmarked no later than April 18, 1999
* $4.00 Late Fee per race.
* Unattached rider fee: $4.00 per race.
* For Team Omnium competition: please send entry forms for all three team members of each team together in same envelope and clearly indicate the team roster.
* Novice riders must purchase a One Day License for $5.00
