Entry fees include $1 donation to District 42 and $2 insurance fee. $5.00 late fee after June 20. Second race of day- $10. To pre-register send completed 1999 USCF standard release form and entry fee to: TRI-POWER CYCLING, 4701 Wellingborough Reach, Virginia Beach, VA 23455. Make checks payable to TRI-POWER CYCLING. State champions must pre-register to be eligible for refund (must still pay $3 for District and insurance fees). Promoter reserves the right to combine fields. Course Description: Course will be on landing zone for Amphibious Assault Craft. Flat oval on smooth concrete. Four wide turns. May be windy.

Directions: From I64 East or West take the Northampton Blvd (Route 13 N) exit heading toward Bay Bridge Tunnel. Take the second Independence Blvd. exit heading  north toward the Naval Amphibious Base, (you will cross back over Northampton Blvd.). North Independence Blvd. will take you directly into the Amphib. Base. At second light take Left on Gator Blvd. Take Right on Helicopter Rd. and follow this around into ACU4. Access to course is to the far right of hangers.
