Medals will be awarded according to the following categories (Masters Men and Women in 5 year increments, juniors in 2 year increments, Men Cat. 1-2, Men Cat 3, Novice 4/5 and Women Open. Women's 30-34 medal will be awarded from the Women's Open race). Bar points will be awarded according to 1998 BAR classes (Cat 2 Men, Cat 3 Men, Novice, Masters 30, Masters 35, Master 40, Masters 45, Masters 50, Masters 55+, Women and Juniors). Omnium points awarded according to 1998 Omnium categories.

Entry Fees: P,1,2,3 and Cat 3 races are $20, all other races are $15. Entry fees include USCF Insurance and District Association fees. All entries received after July 5, 1998 are subject to $5 late fee. No unattached rider fees. No one day licenses available.

Eligibility: Only Virginia residents and U.S. Military stationed in Virginia are eligible for State Championship Medals.

Course Description: Six corners, slightly undulating, 1 kilometer in length.

Registration opens at 7:30 AM and closes 15 minutes prior to the start of each race. Events held rain or shine. Start times are approximate. All entrants must present a current USCF License. All USCF rules apply. Field limit is 75. USCF permit pending.

Directions: Interstate 64 to exit #180. At 1st stoplight, turn left onto Mayland Drive. Follow signs to registration.
