Normally, the two Jefferson Cups are scored as one series. However this year, there was a big problem in the Pro/1/2/3 race. Out of the top 20 finishers in each race, there was only one common person. This made scoring really difficult. So to make it as fair as possible, it was decided to make each Pro/1/2/3 race worth half the points the series would have been worth.

Since there was 100 people in each race, that gives an attendance multiplier of 2. Halfing that for each race, makes each races Ratt 1.
